National Gateway provides tenants with outstanding amenities. National Gateway will deliver over 200,000 square feet of restaurants, shops and services on the ground floor of the office and residential buildings.
Another 85,000 square feet of shops and restaurants have already delivered including a 50,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store, Bank of America, FedEx and Quizno’s. In addition, National Gateway will be home to the Marriott Renaissance and Residence Inn providing visitors with over 625 hotel rooms, conference and meeting facilities, and two onsite restaurants.
